A cast handstand is the next skill that will help gymnasts compete in higher levels. We will cover making the handstand and performing skills out of the handstand.

Clinics are a great way for gymnasts to focus and learn one specific skill or event that they want to work on. Coaches devote the entire gym and every source of equipment to working on the one focus for the entire time. Prices vary based on the amount of time.
