Description: Clinics are limited to 20 gymnasts (first 20 to sign up), available to Triniti Gymnasts and non-members.
This skill is necessary to learn to advance in bar skills and to be a competitive gymnast. We will spend the day learning timing, strength and doing skills out of kips.
Clinics are a great way for gymnasts to focus and learn one specific skill or event that they want to work on. Coaches devote the entire gym and every source of equipment to working on the one focus for the entire time. Prices vary based on the amount of time.
